Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit secures your booking date. The deposit percentage is tier-based: higher tiers pay a smaller percentage, lower tiers a larger one, and non-members fall back to 20%.

Your deposit amount is shown at checkout and recorded against the booking. The remaining balance is due in person before your first session, with automated reminders 48 and 24 hours beforehand.

The time remaining until your scheduled start determines what happens to your deposit:

7 days or more before — full refund of your deposit.

48 hours to 7 days — your deposit is returned as account credit, redeemable against future bookings.

Under 48 hours — the deposit is forfeited.

Members on flexible tiers (such as Gold) receive a soft landing inside the 48-hour window: between 48 and 24 hours before the start, their deposit is returned as account credit rather than forfeited.

Under 24 hours, the standard forfeit applies to all tiers. Tier flexibility is set per tier, so the benefit follows the tier you hold at the time of cancellation.

Account credit is a reusable balance on your membership. When a cancellation grants credit, the deposit amount is added to your balance immediately and shown on your member dashboard.

At checkout, any positive balance is automatically applied to reduce what you pay today. The applied amount is debited from your balance and shown in your summary.

Every credit movement is recorded on an auditable ledger, so the trail stays consistent even before live payment automation is switched on.

Bookings are confirmed pending admin review until payment automation goes live; until then, cash refunds are processed manually by our team while credit issuance happens automatically.

When full payment automation is enabled, the cancellation outcome computed from your tier and the time remaining will drive refunds and credits directly — full refund returns the captured deposit, credit issues balance instead of cash, and a forfeit releases no payout.
